Office Manager

About Role

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and tech-savvy Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee office operations, scheduling, team management, and help build our online presence. If you love working in a dynamic environment and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and suggest improvements.
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
  • Schedule home cleaning and laundry pick-up/delivery jobs.
  • Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff.
  • Manage drivers, plan daily routes, and create efficient schedules.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, cleaners, and drivers.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and supporting new staff members.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Previous experience in office management, operations, or team leadership (preferably in cleaning, or service industries).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
